Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

31/2 cups confectioners' powdered sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
51/2 teaspoons milk
31/2 cups confectioners' powdered sugar
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a Baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients - the flour, sugar and baking soda together in a saucepan place the butter cocoa powder and water and bring it to a boil. Now pour this boiling mixture over the well mixed all dry ingredients flour mixture and stir until all the ingredients are well combined. After this Add in the well beaten eggs, buttermilk, and pure vanilla extract and mix well till the batter is smooth.
Pour this batter in the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes. Once baked Cool completely before frosting.

METHOD FOR FROSTING: In a saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the
powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and pure vanilla, extract. Beat well by
hand until the mixture is creamy and thick creamy, then spread on the cooled brownies.
Cut into squares and serve.
