Black Salt or Rock Salt as per taste
some ginger
1 glass of cold water
1/4 teaspoon Jeera Powder
4-5 Mint Leaves
Method
In a bowl using a Hand beater whisk together Curd,salt ,ginger Mint Leaves .When the mixture is completely smooth ,add water to it and whisk again.Sprinkle Jeera powder over it and serve chilled.
