HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE BUTTERMILK BROWNIES

Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups white castor sugar
dash of  salt
1 1/2 cups butter softened room temperature
4  tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
11/4 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3 eggs large room temperature(well beaten)
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon pure  vanilla extract

INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING THE FROSTING
1/2 cup butter softened room temperature
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
51/2  teaspoons milk
31/2  cups confectioners' powdered sugar
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a  Baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients - the flour, sugar and baking soda together in a saucepan place the butter cocoa powder and water and bring it to a boil. Now pour this boiling mixture over the well mixed all dry ingredients flour mixture and stir until all the ingredients are well combined. After this Add in the well beaten eggs, buttermilk, and pure vanilla extract and mix well till the batter is smooth.
Pour this batter in the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes. Once baked Cool completely before frosting.

METHOD FOR FROSTING: In a saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and pure vanilla, extract. Beat well by hand until the mixture is creamy and thick creamy, then spread on the cooled brownies. Cut into squares and serve.

CHOCOLATE BUTTERMILK PANCAKES RECIPE
3 eggs large room temperature
Pinch of salt
11/2  teaspoon brown sugar
4 teaspoons white castor sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/3 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons butter melted

3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

METHOD FOR MAKING CHOCOLATE BUTTERMILK PANCAKES
In a small bowl sift the flour,salt,baking powder and cocoa powder together.In another bowl with a beater beat the eggs and brown and white sugar together until the mixture is fluffy.Now add all the sifted dry ingredients into the well beaten wet mixture and beat until the mixture is completely smooth and has no lumps.Bake in an oven at 375 Degrees until completely cooked.
