CHOCOLATE BUTTERMILK PANCAKES RECIPE
3 eggs large room temperature
Pinch of salt
11/2 teaspoon brown sugar
4 teaspoons white castor sugar
1 1/3 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons butter melted
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
METHOD FOR MAKING CHOCOLATE
BUTTERMILK PANCAKES
In a small bowl sift the flour,salt,baking powder and cocoa
powder together.In another bowl with a beater beat the eggs and brown and white
sugar together until the mixture is fluffy.Now add all the sifted dry
ingredients into the well beaten wet mixture and beat until the mixture is
completely smooth and has no lumps.Bake in an oven at 375 Degrees until
completely cooked.
