Serves: 2
1.5 cups Yoghurt
½ teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
Few ice cubes
1 cup water (cold)
Black salt as required
Mint leaves for adding and for garnishing also

Method
Blend all the ingredients in a blender and blend till the mixture is frothy and well mixed.
Pour in a glass and garnish with mint leaves.

  1. Drinking buttermilk after half and hour of food can yield the good results. Though, it is not mandatory to drink after 30 minutes of food. People often drink it whenever they want as it is hydrating and a rich source of energy.

    But, if you are pregnant, it is advised that you should avoid drinking buttermilk it during night to prevent regurgitation.
